Eat healthy foods daily!

Vegetables are good for you and provide lots of vitamins and fiber. Eat vegetables daily especially green leafy vegetables. The following vegetables are considered leafy vegetables: Brussels sprouts, kale, collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, swiss chard, broccoli, cabbage and spinach.

Vegetables are good for you! Prepare Roasted Brussels Sprouts for dinner. Brussels sprouts are delicious and healthy.
