Vegetables are good for you and provide lots of vitamins and fiber. Eat vegetables daily especially green leafy vegetables. The following vegetables are considered leafy vegetables: Brussels sprouts, kale, collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, swiss chard, broccoli, cabbage and spinach.
Vegetables are good for you! Prepare Roasted Brussels Sprouts for dinner. Brussels sprouts are delicious and healthy.

There is a process to healthy eating and it begins with selecting healthy foods, preparing healthy meals and consuming correct portion sizes.
Eat healthy foods seven days a week. First, buy only healthy foods, snacks and beverages. Next, grill, bake, stir-fry or roast meats and vegetables. Next, cook with herbs, spices and Olive Oil. Finally, avoid adding salt to your food.
