1 package Keebler fudge strips cookies
1 package of Hershey kisses
1 tube ready-to-use orange icing
Orange and black sprinkles (optional)

Unwrap one Hershey's kiss and squirt a dollop of orange icing on the bottom of it.
Place the Hershey's kiss over the hole on the solid chocolate side of the cookie and push down.
The icing will ooze out from under the kiss and adhere the candy to the cookie.
Add more icing around the kiss to look like a hat band.
Shake sprinkles on icing before it dries, if desired.

That's it. You have just made witch's hat cookies. With just a few ingredients and minimal effort you can create super-cute treats for class parties, fall festivals, or Halloween parties.
