This tomato dip is great served with Ritz or Wheat Thin crackers! You can easily make this the day before you will be eating it. This dip recipe is great for any summer picnic!
Tomato Dip
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped or dried
Combine all ingredients into a medium size bowl. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Serve this with crackers and a spoon. ( Spoon dip onto crackers.)
