Davenport School of Yoga will begin classes to help people manage stress and focus on managing difficult emotions beginning Saturday 2/13/2010 starting at 9:30am.

This Yoga session is scheduled over the next three Saturdays; February 13, 20 and 27. A variety of techniques will be demonstrated for you to practice, allowing you to decide what works best for you.
For all 3 classes, the cost is under $20. Additional sessions will be offered.
