Davenport School of Yoga will begin classes to help people manage stress and focus on managing difficult emotions beginning Saturday 2/13/2010 starting at 9:30am.

This Yoga session is scheduled over the next three Saturdays; February 13, 20 and 27. A variety of techniques will be demonstrated for you to practice, allowing you to decide what works best for you.
For all 3 classes, the cost is under $20. Additional sessions will be offered.

How does Yogi help stress?? I remember Yogi and Boo-Boo were always under a lot of stress as they were always trying to steal picnic baskets from campers at Jellystone Park, then getting chased by Park Ranger Smith. What?? Huh?? It's Yoga...not Yogi?? Ohh.... Neverrrmind!!
