Spinach dip is great for all kinds of parties. Tailgating in the fall, Girls Night Out, Birthday Parties or just for a weekend treat for your family.
6 oz. of frozen chopped spinach
2 cups of Greek yogurt
1 small jar of artichoke hearts (chopped)
1 small jar of pimentos
1 packet of ranch dip
1 large round bread loaf
1 box or bag of pita crackers
1 box of Melba toast rounds
Mix and chill for two hours. Cut a circular hole in the top of the loaf and then cut and pull the bread from the inside of the loaf to create a bowl. Place the mixture in the carved out bread bowl and serve with bread chunks that were pulled from the loaf, pita crackers and Melba toast. Place on a plate or a platter surrounded with bread, pita chips and Melba rounds.
