Saturday, Dennis Hopper died at his home in Venice, California after beginning another round of treatment for prostate cancer; he was 74. Hopper was nominated twice for Academy Awards, stared in over 25 movies in the last ten years, and was most famous for his role in Easy Rider. Hopper was diagnosed with prostate cancer about ten years ago, and last fall became ill again and started a new series of cancer treatments.
