- 1 pound of ground beef
- 2 cans cream of onion soup
- 1 package of dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup of rice, uncooked
Mix all ingredients. Put into a baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour
- 1 pounds of lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 can of refrigerator biscuits
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Brown meat, drain. Add barbecue sauce and set aside. Place biscuits in un-greased muffin cups, pressing dough up the sides of cups. Spoon meat mixture unto cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
Tater Tot Casserole
- 2 pounds of extra lean ground beef
- 1 cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (2 pound) package of frozen tater tots
Pat ground beef in bottom of a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Spread soup over meat and cover with grated cheese. Top with tater tots. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncover and bake for another 15 minutes
