Santa Hat Chocolate Strawberries

1 brownie mix

24 small strawberries, tops cut off

1 batch of cream cheese frosting (or any frosting or topping of your choosing)

Preheat oven to 350F.

Prepare a pre-made brownie mix according to box instructions, or make your own if you’ve got the time. Pour into a greased mini-muffin tin filling each tin cup 3/4 full.

If you’re crunched for time, just buy a batch of brownies from your favorite bakery. No baking required.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick put into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and cool.

Cut the tops of the greens off the strawberries with a knife so the strawberry lies flat when you turn it upside down.

Remove brownies from pan. Place the strawberries point-side-up on the center of each brownie. Pipe a ring of frosting around the strawberry for the trim of Santa’s hat, and top each strawberry point with a small drop of frosting or topping.
