Those who suffer with Celiac’s disease, cannot tolerate gluten, a protein in wheat, rye, and barley. As this disease grows so grows cookbooks and today I’m introducing you to Easy Gluten-Free Baking by Elizabeth Barbone. Chef Janice Shih, a former doctor turned baker, takes her strong science background from the medical field and creates beautiful and tasty sweets for the gluten intolerant.
