Perfect and sweet, this hardens nicely.
This is a perfect easy glaze to cover my blueberry turnovers. I also use this glaze for my homemade sugar cookies, with food coloring. Obviously this is a small amount, and this recipe easily doubles and triples. I've tried sifting the confectioner's sugar, and it does not make a huge difference in the final product. So I wouldn't worry about doing that for this simple recipe.
Easy glaze
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 Tablespoon milk
Combine in a small bowl with a fork. Be sure to work out any lumps. Drip slowly over the turnovers.
Let dry before serving. Or eat them hot and drippy, I won't tell.

Lalee: Yes, check out the links throughout the article pointing that way, or you may click the 'previous' button at the top of the article.
Are the links not working that point to the blueberry turnovers? They work for me... please someone let me know!

The blueberry recipe is NOW appearing, before when I typed the comment, it wasn't showing (had it been, I promise I wouldn't have asked for it). The "Previous" was your Beef Burgundy recipe. It's there now, and all is right with the world! :o)
