Easy fitness tip for busy office workers - try this three second butt builder

An email to San Jose Fitness from fitness coach Valerie Orsoni had a quick and easy fitness tip that's perfect for office workers stuck at a desk all day:

Each time you sit down, stand back up before your butt actually hits the chair. The average person who works in an office stands up and sits back down on a chair at least 50 times a day. That’s 50 squats, and each one only takes three seconds!

How simple is that! If you don't mind looking a little goofy in front of your co-workers, you could get in a good butt workout during the course of the day.

Do you have your own ways to add a little exercise into your day? Send them along via the comment box below or email them to FitnessSanJose (at) yahoo.com
