Yesterday I had some leftover meatballs, so checked in my cupboard and found a box of Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti. I went to the local store and got a jar of spaghetti sauce.
I had boiling water on the stove top, and put my spaghetti in to cook. I added the meatballs to half a jar of sauce, and let it heat through.
In 12 to 15 minutes I had dinner for 2. Later in the evening, Len blood sugar was good, as I had used the whole grain spaghetti.
Just love quick, and easy meals.
