4 carrots, peeled and sliced
10 red potatoes, quartered
1 onion, diced
4 cups water
1 corned beef brisket and spice packet
¾ cup beer
½ cabbage head, chopped
Place all ingredients except cabbage in a large crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Add in the cabbage and cook for an additional hour. Remove from crock pot and serve.
