
This is the easiest coconut pie recipe I have ever seen! It is so easy to prepare and it always gets rave reviews! This pie is great for all seasons.
Easy Coconut Custard Pie
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup of butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1½-2 cups of sweetened coconut
- ½ cup of Bisquick
Preheat your oven to 350°.
Spray an 8-inch, glass pie plate with butter spray.
Mix milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla for about 3 minutes.
Pour mix into your pie plate.
Sprinkle coconut over the top.
Bake for about 40 minutes. Top will be brown.
Eat warm or refrigerate.
