This recipe is so easy the children can do it! If you ever need something quick to make, this is the pie for you. Not only is it easy, it tastes good too! You can top it with whipped topping if you would like to or just leave it as it is and enjoy!
Easy Chocolate Mousse Pie
- 1 box chocolate pudding, instant*
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (16 ounce) container of whipped topping, thawed (2 if you plan to cover the top)
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Mix together pudding mix and milk. Whisk until thickened.
Fold in whipped topping. Pour mix into crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Serve chilled with or without whipped topping.
* Try out your creative genes and replace the chocolate pudding with another instant pudding of your choice! Maybe cheesecake or butterscotch?
