This chocolate icing recipe is perfect for cookies, cakes, breads and ice cream!
Chocolate Icing
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbs milk
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
Mix all ingredients together, stirring until there are no lumps.
Spoon over cooled baked goods and allow time to dry before serving.
