Yummm . . . take a bite of this moist, chocolate brownie and you will want more, and more, and . . . This brownie is easy to make and delicious. There is just the right amount of chocolate to make it decadent and just the right amount of other ingredients to make it moist and flavorful.

A chocolate brownie can stand alone or be topped with frosting to make it amazing. This brownie is topped with a light peanut butter frosting which adds another lovely level of flavor. Who doesn’t love peanut butter and chocolate? And who doesn’t love a luscious moist brownie topped with fluffy sweet icing?

Remember that you get the best results when using the best ingredients and the right pans. Always use real butter, real vanilla, and other high quality ingredients. Bake brownies in a glass baking dish or shiny pan. Dark metal will absorb the heat and bake too quickly so your brownies will lose their delicate texture. (If using glass, lower the oven temperature 25 degrees as the glass carries heat more effectively.) If lining the pan with parchment or non-stick foil, make sure it is cut to fit the pan only on two sides; it should hang over the other two sides which will allow you to lift the cooled brownies from the pan, thus making them easier to cut.
