tortilla shell

  1. Slice the the sausage links into small pieces.

  3. At the same time the sausage is cooking, melt a little more butter in a separate pan, and scramble the egg(s).

  4. Drain the grease off the sausage pieces.

  5. Place a tortilla on a plate, and lay a slice of cheese in the middle.

  6. Top the cheese with the eggs and sausage. Wrap the tortilla around everything and serve.
