This recipe is great for any Holiday gathering! This is a semi-homemade version of banana pudding.
Easy Banana Pudding
- 1/ 2 box vanilla wafers
- 1 banana
- 1 box vanilla pudding, not instant (milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla or banana extract
- 1 container whipped topping
- Chocolate ice cream syrup in a squeeze bottle
Place wafers onto the bottom of a square baking dish.
Slice banana on top of wafers.
Cook pudding as directed on box.
Add vanilla or banana extract to pudding as it cooks.
Pour pudding over bananas and wafers.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
Top with whipped topping. Lightly squeeze on chocolate syrup and swirl in with a toothpick.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
You can add more bananas if you would like.
