Autumn soups are so easy to make, you will wonder why you never thought of making one before. At this time of year, Bangor area supermarkets and Walmart are selling vegetables that make this stew delectable. Walmart also has racks of breads that are sold cheap. These breads will go well with a soup such as this one.
Ingredients
1 can vegetable broth
water to cover ingredients
1 cup chopped pumpkin
1 cup chopped butternut squash
1 cup chopped acorn squash
2 cups turkey pieces
fresh parsley to taste
pepper to taste
sea salt to taste

Pour 1 can of vegetable broth into a large pot.

Add the vegetables and meat and cover with water.

Heat on med-high until hot, then turn down to medium heat until almost done. A fork will go through each vegetable nicely.

Season as desired with herbs and spices, and heat about 5 minutes more for the flavors to mingle with the rest of the soup.
