
If you want something sweet and you want it now, try this recipe! It only takes a few minutes to prepare and just 15-20 minutes to bake!
Amy's Apple Crumble
- 4 apples, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick of butter, softened
Pre-heat oven to 350*.
Combine apples, cinnamon, sugar in a bowl.
Cover mix with enough cake mix to coat.
Place mix into a 9x13, buttered pan.
Mix butter into remaining cake mix.
Spread mix over the top of apple mix.
Bake until mix is golden brown, 15-20 minutes!
Eat warm or serve cold!
Add ice cream or whipped topping for an extra special touch.

Yummmy - looks like even I can make this great Fall dessert! One question - what kind of apples do you recommend using? I usually buy Fugis, but don't know if another kind would be better for this recipe.
