Clint Eastwood's famous Obama chair is now being used as decor. Fans were shocked when he gave the speech on television talking about Obama and using the chair to represent him not being there. On Jan. 24, The Hollywood Reporter said that the chair is now in the office of Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus.
He likes to have political history in his office and he gets Clint's joke. Clint Eastwood did some amazing acting on the stage and Priebus wanted to make sure the chair didn't get forgotten. He did point the chair out to a reporter before an interview at his office the other day.
Clint Eastwood said that the idea just came to him and he told them to add the chair to the stage. People everywhere have made pictures of themselves pointing at an empty chair to look like him. Clint was trending on Twitter right after the huge speech.
