Easter resources, part 1 (Photos)

The Bible miniseries shown on the History Channel proved to be a popular choice Sunday night with an audience of 13.1 million viewers. Only the Hatfields & McCoys drew a larger audience.

Easter is just around the corner. It is not too late to put together a program. If you are looking for a play or skits for Easter, check out these free scripts at Fools for Christ and Puppet Resources.

  • Five short skits about Easter. Each has a run time between 2 and 5 minutes and most can be performed on a bare stage with minimal props and costumes.
  • What is Easter all About? puppet script - A host asks three panel members "What is Easter all about?"
  • The Resurrection - A limp puppet is like the body without the soul. But put your hand back in, and the puppet is resurrected! An easy analogy that even young children can understand.
