Easter is just around the corner. If you are looking to out source the fun, and cut down on the chance of finding a wayward egg under the couch three months from now, make your way to the Union Street Easter Parade and Spring Celebration.

The 23rd annual parade kicks off at about 10:00 am on Sunday morning. The roadway is closed for the festivities, there will be petting zoos for the little ones, live music and various costumed characters. The Easter Bunny, of course, will be there. As will several other floats, including the Ride the Duck truck with their mascot Splash.

Splash and the Easter Bunny, along with the rest of the Ride the Duck crew, will head to Ghirardelli Square after the parade to continue the fun. Ghirardelli Square will be hosting a special event with factory tours and special edition Easter baskets.
