Easter eggstravaganza and kite-flying at Kitty Hawk Kites (Video)

Celebrate spring and kick off a whole new season in the Outer Banks at Kitty Hawk Kites. The "Fly into Spring and Easter Eggstravaganza" takes place on March 29-30, 2013 at the Jockey's Ridge location.

An Easter egg hunt and kite flying will allow visitors to enjoy two events at Kitty Hawk Kites and Jockey's Ridge, two of the most popular attractions in the Outer Banks. The event lasts from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

The Easter egg hunts start at 11:00 a.m. Egg hunts will be broken down by age: six and under, and seven and up. Try to find the extra special Golden Egg. The Easter bunny will also be on hand for fun photo ops from 12:00-1:00.

The largest living sand dune on the East Coast, Jockey's Ridge, is the site of high-flying fun with kites of all sizes. Bring your own kite or find the perfect one in the huge selection of beginner, stunt and advanced kites at Kitty Hawk Kites.

Both events are FREE and open to the public. For more information, please visit the website at KittyHawk.com
