Easter cookbook: Sweet bourbon, brown sugar and mustard ham recipe

What a delicious dinner! This one has it all! Add everything to your taste and start this one the night before for best flavor.

  • 1 smoked cooked ham (a boneless half ham works well here)
  • bourbon
  • brown sugar
  • mustard
  1. Mix bourbon, sugar and mustard. Cut several slits in ham skin; cover with bourbon mixture. Cover and marinate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°. Add a little water to baking pan. Place ham in pan; cover ham tightly and bake for about an hour. (Bake time depends on the size of your ham).
  3. If desired, add a bit of flour to pan juices and make a gravy.
