There was a point this past winter where it seemed spring would never arrive but here it is and it brings us sunshine, flowers and Neuhaus Cottontail. This Easter the world’s leading Belgian Luxury Chocolatier is offering you the chance to embrace your inner chocolatier by creating your own artisan filled Easter Egg Shell.
Neuhaus will provide you with a hand-made chocolate egg which you can decorate with gianduja and fill with as many of Neuhaus' famous pralines as you can stuff in your egg - probably eight or nine! While there you will learn about the fascinating history of Neuhaus and taste some of their best selling chocolates. Bubbly will be provided for you to wash it all down!
Classes are led by a master chocolatier and will be held Wednesday April 16th from 7 to 9 pm, Thursday April 17th from 7 to 9 pm, Friday April 18th from 7 to 9 pm and Saturday,April 19th from 12 to 2 pm at the flagship Neuhaus boutique, 500 Madison Avenue, New York, NY. The workshop fee is $75. Contact the sales staff at 212-644-4490 to reserve your space. After this you will never boil eggs and dip them in colored dye again – you will be a chocolatier!
Even if you can’t attend the workshop, you can still indulge this Easter with haute confection creations from Neuhaus. Celebrate spring with a sophisticated range of items, perfect for Easter baskets or even hiding inside Easter eggs. Festive pastel foils emblazoned with the iconic Neuhaus logo and chic seasonal packaging set the tone for the entire Easter 2014 collection, which is available in stores and online for delivery nationwide.
