The Easter Bone 2nd Annual Fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday, March 16 in Greer. Cavalier USA has partnered with Wood "RUFF" Pet Resort and Spa, Inc. in sponsoring the event.
This event will be hosted at the Wood "RUFF" Pet Resort and Spa, 70 Concourse Way, Greer, SC.
Admission is $10 at the door, with proceeds going to help the host and Cavalier USA. There are several family activities planned for the day. These include the Easter bone hunt, a 50/50 raffle, silent auction and Easter bunny portraits.
The bone hunt will be broken down into two events based on the size of the dogs participating. The small dog bone hunt will be held from 10a.m.-12p.m. Large dogs are scheduled from 12:30-2:30p.m.
Wood "RUFF" also has several kid friendly activities planned. No cotton candy this year, but kids will be able to bob for Easter peeps and free games will be available. All attendees will receive a goody bag. The bags are reusable and were donated by Greer Flooring Center.
Some of the local businesses to provide raffle or silent auction items for the 2nd Easter Bone Hunt Annual Fundraiser include:
*Shear Faith has donated an Easter basket that includes a stylish dog dish, John Paul pet products, tooth and gum wipes, plus a variety of pet shampoos and conditioners. Shear Faith is also including an elegant red bracelet and diamond earrings, as well as a gift certificate for a women's cut, color, eyebrow wax and basic manicure. Tickets for this raffle are $1 each
*Circle of Light Massage has donated a foot massage, a jar of jelly beans and dog treats
*Northern Tools is providing an awesome goody bag
*Natures Select of the Carolinas has donated an Easter basket for the raffle
*Chiropractic of the Carolinas has donated an Easter basket for the raffle
*Nicole Feigl with Avon has donated a basket for the silent auction

LJ's Photography will be available for Easter portraits. No appointment is necessary and no sitting fees required. LJ's is offering a CD of images for $30 and $5 of that will go to help Cavalier Animal Organization. There will also be some smaller photo packages available.
Now for the answer to the question all of the kids are asking(and perhaps some parents as well). Yes, the Easter Bunny will also be attending the event.
