This event is dedicated to connecting families in the area with a community of people that can help navigate the challenges and rewards presented by the aging process.   This event is free to the public

Families, seniors, and adult children are encouraged to join in the educational programs and to visit exhibitors who provide products and services to senior residents of Contra Costa County to make life better in the later years.

The East Bay Senior Resource Expo this year will feature keynote speaker Jan Wahl, cultural and show business reporter and critic for KRON TV Channel 4 and KCBS radio.  Following Ms. Wahl will be a lively presentation by Laurel Zien (this writer) on Medication Safety including a brief update on current medication and vitamin controversies.

Pharmacists will review medication regimens to reveal possible side effects, drug duplications or dangerous interactions, and improper use. Please bring all medications and supplements for this consultation. Note: Each medication review takes approx 20 mins and a reservation is advisable for your convenience. For an appointment please call 1-877-926-8300.
