Pick your favorite flowers and scatter in an ice tray. Pour water in ice tray and let freeze. Once frozen, place cubes in a glass and top with Chandon Brut Classic.

2-2.5 oz American Harvest
.5 oz Pickled green garlic juice
.25 oz Pickled beet juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake, double strain into coupe. Garnish with a pickled green garlic segment.

2 ounces organic apple juice
½ ounce organic lemon juice
1 ½ ounces Crop Harvest Organic Cucumber vodka
Combine ingredients, shake, strain over ice and garnish with cucumber fans.
Coco Mojito by Vita Coco
2 ½ oz Vita Coco Coconut Water
1 ½ oz Rum
1 teaspoon sugar
4-5 mint leaves
3 lime wedges (plus more for garnish)
Directions: Muddle together the sugar, mint leaves and lime wedges in a tall glass. Add the ice, pour in the rum and top with Vita Coco, stir well. Garnish: lime wedge

2 oz. Brugal Extra Dry Rum
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
3 torn Basil Leaves
2 Kiwi Slices
Cracked fresh pepper
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with freshly cracked pepper and a basil leaf.
