Mon 6am-7am 2CWFIT @ Boca

2CWFIT is heavily based on Crossfit workouts. Using a station-based format, our circuit training session alternates strength training exercises and aerobic activities to give you 2 workouts in 1! Burn up to 700 calories with drills designed to increase agility, speed, power, strength and quickness.

Tue 5:30pm-6:30pm HIIT & Run @ Kakaako

HIIT & Run will be a run-specific workout that will improve your biomechanics, performance and injury prevention. Don't be shy! This clinic is for all levels including non-runners, whether you run, walk, jog or any of the above.

Combined with body weight core and strength intervals, this workout will focus on pace-specific, High Intensity run Intervals to keep you moving forward. We will also incorporate yoga and foam rolling at the end of each session. Use this class as your weekly speed workout or as your daily run mileage. Don't care about any of that? Don't worry! Come and torch those calories for all of your non-bootcamp fun like dinner and dessert!

Bring your form roller (if you have one); a yoga mat and a watch that can keep your run time. HIIT & Run will definitely keep you coming back for more!

Wed 6am-7am SpinCORE @ Boca

Reservation required. Class is limited to 15 people because we have 15 athlete bikes available. Email lee-ann@2crazywahines.com to reserve your bike. First-come, first-served.

Our concept of Functionally Fit is to learn, create and enhance fit experience to make your life's daily tasks pain and injury free. Break your own personal records by utilizing aides such as swiss balls, bosu balls, TRX, ropes and more, and you'll see that groceries are easier to carry; playing outside with the kids is no longer taxing; completing your first 5k all the way to looking and feeling like your ideal self.
