After several delays brought upon by the federal courts in response to Texas redistricting, early voting the primary election for both the Republican and Democrat parties is underway. Locally, in the Republican primary, we have quite a few contested elections including races for United States congressman, state senator, state representative for district 136, district attorney, county attorney, tax assessor/collector, sheriff, county commissioner for precincts one and three and constable for precinct three. Here are the details as to when and where to vote:
