NHL 15” on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will come with six different modes available upon its release, Electronic Arts confirmed on Tuesday on the game’s official website.

The modes available will be “Hockey Ultimate Team,” “Be a Pro,” “Be a General Manager,” “Online Versus Play,” “NHL Moments Live” and “Practice Mode.”

Introduced in “NHL 13,” “NHL Moments Live” returns again in “NHL 15.” The mode, according to EA Sports, allows you to “relive, recreate or alter some of the most exciting moments from the current and past NHL season,” including Daniel Alfredsson’s first game against the Senators in Ottawa or Ben Scrivens’ insane 59-save game against the San Jose Sharks last year. Gamers will even be able to alter the outcome of the Stanley Cup Playoffs in the mode, which EA said will be updated throughout the 2014-15 season.

However, not on the list of playable modes is the “Live the Life” mode, the “NHL 94 Anniversary Mode” and “GM Connected” mode, all which will be a part of the game on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of “NHL 15.”

According to an article on O Canada, more features, Online Team Play being one of them, will be on the way after the game’s release.

“OTP will be rolled out as part of our NHL 15 content update program,” NHL series’ producer, Sean Ramjagsingh wrote on the game’s official blog. “We’re close to having it done, but our priority is to deliver a quality experience that’s stable for you, the players, and we still have some testing work to do. We’ll have more information for you on the schedule closer to launch.”

“NHL 15” is currently scheduled to skate its way on to the Xbox 360, PlayStation3, Xbox One and PlayStation4 video game consoles on Sept 9.
