“CoachGlass,” the new feature revealed today for the Xbox One version of “Madden NFL 25,” allows gamers to use their tablet or touch screen phones to track plays being called by the opposition as well as get tips on defense.
Brad Lippman, the mind behind the new feature, told Examiner that it will change the way you play Madden.
“You will start to understand basic level of football strategy, like what defensive formation you should call against any specific personnel group. You are no longer alone in looking for successful plays—play suggestions are given based on success rate in real world situations,” Lippman said in an exclusive interview with Examiner. “For our Madden Ultimate Team users, the eligible receivers will not be a mystery, you won’t have to pause the game to see the offensive line up—it will be displayed for you every pre-play. When playing head-to-head games, you will know for sure when someone is calling the same play over and over because you will be able to easily see the play history and find the most effective play you have been running.”
"Madden 25" is currently available for the Playstation 3 and XBox 360. It will be released on the PlayStation 4 and XBox One on Nov. 19.
