August opens with a rainy day as a truckload of tarped boxes is wheeled into the chic home-office space known as E Simple LLC. After searching the Denver and Northern Colorado area for the perfect commercial location, a larger home with a wide open basement offered the ideal solution, according to Co-Owner Kirk Witulski.
"We needed a space to hold the constantly revolving inventory that we sell on consignment, but it needed to fit more than just our business needs," says Witulski. He explains that other items on the list were easy accessability for shipments, a place for children to play, and an eco-friendly energy construction. "We found some great locations with solar or wind energy, but only a parking lot for the kids," Witulski adds. After consideration Witulski and his business partner, and fiance, chose a home with a back yard for the children to play, a whole floor for the business and an energy efficient home. Witulski explains, "Power for the business is shared with the family. We heat and cool the house for the people inside already and it negates the need to use energy in two locations cutting back on our footprint." E Simple LLC is the Denver eBayer of the Month, by the Denver eBay Examiner, for this green approach amongst other reasons.
E Simple LLC was founded in 2006 and has been trusted by some of Denvers business elite for both personal and business liquidations.
