Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s Legal Game Exposes Family Blame

BOSTON, Massachusets –Dzhokhar Anzorovich "Jahar" Tsarnaev (born July 22, 1993), will soon face trial for the terrorist acts he and his brother Tamerlan Anzorovich Tsarnaev (October 21, 1986 – April 19, 2013) perpetrated, with military style bombs, purposefully targeting Boston Marathon participants.

Patriot’s Day, April 15, 2013, is a date that the world will not soon forget. The brutal attack killed three spectators and injured 264 others. While this destruction is the outcome the brothers wished for – instead of bold acknowledgement and ownership of their deeds, they ran like cowards. Tamerlan was killed in the pursuit and Dzhokhar was captured alive.

After capture Dzhokhar allegedly admitted to Federal Investigators the brothers had intentions of attacking Times Square in New York with the same bombs, for Islam’s defense. Dzhokhar reportedly also admitted he and Tamerlan were radicalized and attributed some of this to watching Anwar al-Awlaki lectures. Anwar al-Awlaki held the reputation of being a senior al Qaeda recruiter, motivator, and blogger for the al Qaeda linked magazine “Inspire.” Awlaki was also involved in undertaking terrorist operations for al Qaeda.

Appallingly, It is now believed that Tamerlan was responsible for the triple homicide referred to as the “Waltham murders” which took place on September 11, 2011. In this murder, the three individuals were killed gruesomely; as they all had their throats slit from ear to ear. The force used in this slaughter was so great the individuals were almost decapitated.

In March 29 news, Dzhokhar’s lawyers are seeking to blame his radicalized behavior on his older deceased brother, Tamerlan, hyping the fact Dzhokhar was supposedly young and impressionable (19 years of age) at the time of the terrorist attack. The defense lawyers will seek to prove that Tamerlan was mostly responsible for Dzhokhar’s actions due to the fact he influenced the young lad.

If in fact Dzhokhar’s actions were influenced by Tamerlan; a murderer in 2011, then this perhaps means that his influence over Dzhokhar began much earlier. In fact, in order to slit throats with force and plan an attack as the Waltham murders, one would most likely have warped thinking many years prior.

If indeed Tamerlan introduced Dzhokhar to the influences of radicalization many years prior to the Boston Bombings, this would have made Dzhokhar a minor at the time of the supposed influence. Where does this place blame for protection of young Dzhokhar’s mind; on his father and mother – Anzor and Zubeidat Tsarnaev. In fact, what parents do not see clues if their child is being indoctrinated with radical Jihadi imaginations or irregularities.

The family supposedly fled the Dagestan region to obtain safety because of Anzor’s ties to the Chechen region. They then came to the United States as refugees. One such abnormality can be noted in Dzhokhar’s cultural affinity through one of his social media profiles – because it is VK, a Russian site. Due to the family’s past, it is difficult to understand Dzhokhar’s parents had no insight into such influences on their sons. They supposedly fled the region for safety reasons for goodness sake.

Dzhokhar also admitted to watching indoctrination videos of Anwar al-Awlaki. But oddly enough, Awlaki died in 2011 and many of his videos were removed from YouTube in 2010, due to a request from Congress. Dzhokhar would have been 17 years of age at the time these videos were removed.

While indoctrination of a vulnerable mind can occur, there are always tell-tale signs and symptoms of the traveled road to radicalization; and they are unmistakable. If Dzhokhar indeed was traveling down this path, by influence of his brother at an early age, then where were his father and mother during this season? Due to the fact the brothers’ father, Anzor Tsarnaev has reported he abhors radicalized Muslim behavior; it must be speculated why he did not understand the supposed influence of radicalization regarding his son Tamerlan and then continuing with his son, Dzhokhar. There are many respectful and peace-loving moderate Muslims in the world. However, in this particular case, we must now wonder how far the apple has fallen from this family’s tree. Perhaps many failed Dzhokhar in his life, but in the end he made his own radical murderous choices; leading to one précis: Who’s your Daddy now Dzhokhar Tsarnaev?
