Brooke Burke, the new co-host of Dancing With The Stars, is excited about her new gig and, as usual, is looking great doing it.

Shockingly, Burke, a mom of four small children, won season 7 of DWTS with partner Derek Hough.

Despite her hectic work schedule and family life, former bikini model Brooke, 38, always looks fit and toned. How does she do it?

5 SMALL MEALS A DAY

The sizzling mom has said she eats five small meals throughout the day to keep her metabolism up, and works out four times a week doing cross-training to minimize boredom.

For breakfast, Burke usually eats oatmeal with fruit, has a high-protein salad for lunch and for dinner has fish and vegetables.

She also drinks plenty of water throughout the day and enjoys the occasional glass of wine. "The main point is not to starve your body," she says.

'STAYING ACTIVE WHILE PREGNANT WAS KEY'

Amazingly, Burke managed to bounce back from four pregnancies (the most recent in 2008) and regain her impossibly svelte physique in record time.

The key, she underscores, was staying active and fit during the pregnancy.

“I did cardio and Pilates faithfully throughout my pregnancy and I started up again as soon as my doctor gave me the go-ahead,” says Brooke, who gained 25-30 pounds with each pregnancy.

Burke also weight trains, jumps on the trampoline, hikes and takes long walks to stay in shape.

Dancing with the Stars is currently in its 10th season.
