"DWTS" was a nail biter on Oct. 28 even before the first dance hit the floor boards. Not only that but the cause for anxiety wasn't just because someone who was dancing would be going home at the end of the evening after being voted off the hit talent show that airs each week on ABC. There was another big concern regarding the cast of the show.
According to Us magazine, 'DWTS' veteran Derek Hough had been waiting to get clearance to dance after suffering a severe back injury. As a result, Amber Riley was ready to dance with replacement pro, Henry Byallikov. if the multi talented, mirror ball trophy winner Hough wasn't able to fulfill his "Dancing with the Stars" duties this week.
So did Derek Hough dance with Amber Riley?
Yes. Derek was there with Amber dancing the Paso Doble, the dance of Spain. The pair received raves for their effort, and received a pair of 10s and a 9 from the 'DWTS' judges as a reward.
Backing up, "Dancing with the Stars" on Oct. 28 began with a Mandy Moore-choreographed group number that had plenty of pizzazz. Then the first of two assigned dances began with remaining contestants showing off their best sambas, quicksteps, salsas, cha chad, Paso Dobles, and jives.
For their second time out, the contestants were split into two different teams for a pair of group dances that gave each dancer a chance to show off in a solo sequence.
So, with all this happening on "DWTS" on Oct. 28, who was voted off the show? That would be Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Sasha Farber.
