Trebunskaya welcomed baby daughter Amalya Millan via a home birth on Jan. 18. He rep revealed that the baby’s father is actor Nevin Millan ("True Blood," “CSI: NY”).
“We’re thrilled to welcome our beautiful, healthy baby into the world. We couldn’t be happier,” the couple said in a statement.
Fellow home birthing advocate Ricki Lake offered the couple congratulations. The talk show host and former “DWTS” contestant tweeted: “Congrats to my friend and beautiful new mama @atrebunskaya! It's a girl, born at home! :) #dwts xoxo.”
Trebunskaya didn’t participate in the fall season of “Dancing With the Stars” due to her pregnancy, and with the new season set to debut in March, she’ll likely be sitting this one out, too. But she intends to go back to the ballroom someday.
In September she told Us Weekly, "I'm looking forward to getting back into shape and dancing afterward and bringing the baby on board into the ‘DWTS’ family!"
Before missing Season 17 of “Dancing With the Stars,” Trebunskaya had been a regular on the TV dancing competition since Season 2.
