A huge announcement is in store for "Dancing with the Stars" fans and professional dancers. According to an Aug. 10 tweet by spoiler source @DWTSGossip, the series' fall 2014 pro cast will be revealed live during the Aug. 13 edition of the popular ABC morning show "Good Morning America."

It could prove a challenging reveal for some of the show's talented coaches, as per the tweet, the pros will be informed of their season 19 status during the broadcast. Show fans expressed mixed feelings over the news. User @ValennaFans, who supports pro dancers Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson, looked forward to the reveal and tweeted "SO EXCITING, the pros finally get the shine they deserve!"

Others felt badly for the pros who will find themselves pink slipped on national TV. User @MetEvaine eloquently expressed the opinions of that faction by tweeting "Career disappointment on live TV? Sounds cruel and mean-spirited to me."

Although the bulk of the "DWTS" dancers will learn their fates Aug. 13, a small handful of pros have already taken themselves out of the running for a go at the mirror ball trophy. Tristan MacManus, who most recently partnered legendary actress Valerie Harper during season 17, is competing on the British "DWTS" counterpart "Strictly Come Dancing." Kym Johnson, who last appeared on season 16 with soap star Ingo Rademacher, will continue her role as a judge on the Australian version of the hit reality dance competition.

Reigning show champion Maksim Chmerkovskiy also shared that he's finished competing on the show, but left open the possibility of returning as a member of the judging panel. He could split duties with --or potentially replace-- head judge Len Goodman, who has the exhausting task of appearing on both "DWTS" and "Strictly."

The celebrity cast is also still largely a mystery. The only name regularly found on potential lineup lists is that of country/pop crossover star Shania Twain, who recently concluded a long stint as a Las Vegas headlining act.

The "Dancing with the Stars" fall 2014 season premieres Sept. 15 on ABC. The full cast is set to be revealed on Sept. 4.
