"Dancing with the Stars" 2014 saw its field of hopefuls trimmed from four to just three at the close of the first night of the season finale on May 19. Following the broadcast, which saw remaining finalists Meryl Davis, Candace Cameron Bure, and Amy Purdy and the now-eliminated James Maslow perform judges' pick and freestyle routines for America's votes, a collection of familiar "DWTS" faces took the time to sound off on who they think should waltz away with the season 18 mirror ball trophy in hand.

Pro dancer turned new mom Anna Trebunskaya, who earned second place with both NFL star Jerry Rice and Olympic gold medalist Evan Lysacek, shared her thoughts via her ABC News blog, but didn't exactly choose a winner. If asked to choose the best overall quality of dance, she'd give the nod to Davis, who she called a "gorgeous, coordinated ice dancer," but she was quick to stump for the others as well, offering up praise for Paralympian Purdy's inspirational back story and Cameron Bure, who she likened to a "fresh summer breeze."

Another pair of "DWTS" insiders, pro dancer Louis van Amstel and former NFL star Donald Driver, who won season 14 with Peta Murgatroyd, hit "Good Morning America" on May 20 to share their opinions. Van Amstel was up front with his hopes that Davis would win, citing her "amazing" chemistry and connection with pro partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy and opining that the duo's dances have been the best of the season. Driver, however, banked on Purdy, citing her determination and back story.

Finally, Disney actress Zendaya, who finished season 16 in second place on the arm of Chmerkovskiy's younger brother Val, unsurprisingly threw her support behind Davis. She encouraged her followers to vote, tweeting "This ain't happening again!!! Lmao #EncoreMeryl #mirrorball @MaksimC @Meryl_Davis we takin it home this time!!!!"

To see each couple dance one final routine for judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Len Goodman and learn the identity of the winner, watching the "Dancing with the Stars" 2014 finale May 20 on ABC. Will Hough earned an incredible seventh trophy? Will the elder Chmerkovskiy finally earned his first after 13 seasons or trying? Or will Mark Ballas, Cameron Bure's partner, surprise everyone to take a shock victory? Tune in and find out.
