Desperate to make headlines, "Dancing with the Stars" alum Jake Pavelka is starting a battle with current "Dancing" contestant Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino. Since leaving "DWTS", Pavelka has fallen off tabloid radar and sources say he's jealous of Mike's hot body being the hot topic of the new season.
"I HAVE BETTER ABS...THAT'S FOR DAMN SURE!"
And what better way to scoot back into the spotlight than butt heads with TV's Sexiest "Jersey Shore" House Diplomat? In a recent red carpet interview with Usmagazine.com, the 32-year-old pilot-turned-actor challenged "The Situation"'s pride-and-joy six-pack by saying he "for sure" had the hottest body on "Dancing with the Stars."
"He comes with a big fan base [and] will do well with votes," Pavelka said. Adding one caveat, "[But] I have better abs than he does, that's for damn sure!"
Pavelka says he's favorite contestant to root for will be Michael Bolton because he's working with Jake's former "DWTS" pro partner, Chelsie Hightower.
EVERYONE HATES "THE SITUATION"
Pavelka isn't the only "DWTS" cast pro to diss the "Jersey Shore" reality star. In addition to Jake's taunting, Mike's been catching flack from pro dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy (aka "Maks") who publicly admitted he hates the 27-year-old New Jersey native.
"I'm from Jersey, I live in Jersey, my business is in Jersey..." Maks said in an interview with E! News. "Trust me, [the cast of 'Jersey Shore'] doesn't represent what Jersey is about, that's for sure."
He added in stern warning, "You make what you can while it's hot...I just feel like he needs to humble down coming to my domain, cause this is my show."

Jake is the most annoying 'Fame Whore' always sticking in his two bits and bragging. He just like to continue to get media attention by inserting his comments on almost anything and trying to make connections in anyway, like getting photographed with Bristol Palin and now wants to meet Sarah Palin. Please don't allow this fake jerk to get any more publicity. He was the biggest liar on 'The Bachelor.'

Thanks for the post, lady! Yes, I do believe Maks is on quite the tear this season. How can he be so charming yet so challenging? Did you read where he recommended Bristol Palin "take a shot" before her performance...?
Of course, he's going to be hard on The Situation because he's dancing with his ex-fiance! Remember the Karina vs. Maks drama a couple of seasons ago?
Sounds like Jake needs to get a life. He didn't use his 15 minutes of fame as wisely as Mike is at the moment. So don't hate on Mike, applaud him. And get your ab game up! As for Maksim, sounds like he is more than a little concerned that someone is going to steal whatever shine he thinks he's getting. Trust me, I don't think those kids on that show think that they represent all of New Jersey. As for Maksim, does he even come from New Jersey at all? Also, it isn't Maksim's show, so he might want to take his OWN advice and dial down the ego a little bit. They're are PLENTY of professional dancers who would love to take that spot. So he is replaceable. Also doesn't he love to take off his shirt as well and show off his tired abs? Just saying....
