The "Dancing with the Stars" fall 2013 season continues Nov. 4 on ABC with more performances by the seven couples still alive in the hunt for the season 17 mirror ball trophy. According to betting odds posted to Bovada Sportsbook on Nov. 4, actor Corbin Bleu is still favored to win, but will he and pro partner Karina Smirnoff impress quest judge Cher with their week eight Argentine tango, and do any of the other hopefuls stand a chance at overtaking the undoubtedly talented pair?
Although favored to win "DWTS" with 6/5 odds entering week eight, Bleu and Smirnoff actually trail season-long point total leaders Amber Riley and Derek Hough by two points, 213 to 215. Given Bleu's vocation, however, the passionate Argentine tango should earn the duo high scores from the picky panelists, especially in light of head judge Len Goodman's absence.
Riley and Hough, who enter the Nov. 4 show right on Bleu and Smirnoff's heels with 5/4 odds of their own, will bring an air of seduction to the ballroom with the sensual rumba. Next in line with 6/1 odds are "Saved by the Bell" alum Elizabeth Berkley and Val Chmerkovskiy with a 6/1 shot at victory. The pair will dance a jazz routine set to what Berkley termed "one of our fave @Cher songs!" via Twitter.
Tied in the middle of the pack with 16/1 odds are "Pretty Little Liars" actor Brant Daugherty and reality star Jack Osbourne. Elegant is the week eight word for both, as Osbourne and pro partner Cheryl Burke will perform a tango, and Daugherty and partner Peta Murgatroyd are slated to dance the foxtrot.
Ranked next to last with 66/1 odds of winning the season is actress Leah Remini, who will perform a Viennese waltz with partner Tony Dovolani.
Finally, bringing up the rear with 100/1 odds is the fan-favorite duo comprised of comedian Bill Engvall and Emma Slater. The two, who have used their charm and great friendship to outlast arguably superior celebrity dance talent in "Jersey Shore" alum Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and singer Christina Milian, will attempt to take the ballroom back in time with a disco routine.
The "Dancing with the Stars" fall 2013 season resumes Nov. 4 on ABC.
