Dwight Howard's girlfriend wears "Laker Hater" hoodie during game against Lakers

It's no secret that the breakup between the Los Angeles Lakers and Dwight Howard wasn't pretty. Howard decided to sign with the Houston Rockets over returning to the Lakers and rubbed a lot of people in Los Angeles the wrong way in the process. Although Howard claims that it was his decision and his alone, his girlfriend, Christine Vest, had her say and was not a fan of Lakers fans. Vest showed her hate for the storied franchise and the fans wearing a "Laker Hater" hoodie on Jan. 8 via LakersNation.com.

The Lakers ultimately fell to Howard's Rockets on Wednesday in convincing fashion, but Vest seemed to steal the headlines by posting a picture of herself wearing the "Laker Hater" sweater with Howard's No. 12 on the back.

In the first meeting with the Rockets, the Lakers were able to pull out arguably the best win of the season. Veteran point guard Steve Blake hit the game-winning shot over Howard in the closing seconds. The Lakers weren't expected to compete with the Rockets in that matchup, but came out on top and hoped to do the same on Wednesday.

Unfortunately, the Lakers played well in the first half, but fell apart in the second. Howard was able to avenge the loss to his former team, but his girlfriend may have soured things a bit with her fashion statement on Instagram.
