Pick of the Week: “Lone Survivor

Directed by Peter Berg, this action film is based on a 2005 military operation called “Operation Red Wings”, in which four SEAL Team 10 members attempted to find and kill Taliban leader Ahmad Shah. The cast includes Mark Wahlberg, Eric Bana, Taylor Kitsch, and Emile Hirsch. Runtime: 121 minutes. Rated R for strong bloody war violence and pervasive language.
