Written and directed by Joss Whedon, this modern film adaptation on William Shakespeare’s famous romantic comedy traces the entangling situations that ensue when two officers fall for the daughter and niece of the governor of Messina, while the villainous Don John (Sean Maher) plots against the couples, trying to split them up before their marriage. The cast includes Clark Gregg, Amy Acker, Alexis Denisof, Nathan Fillion, Fran Kratz, Jillian Morgese, and more. Runtime: 109 minutes. Rated PG-13 for some sexuality and brief drug use.
