One of the summer’s most popular movies, “The Amazing Spider-man 2”, will be available on own on DVD and Blu-ray tomorrow, along with some films you may have missed in theaters, like the Tilda Swinton/Tom Hiddleston vampire flick “Only Lovers Left Alive”. Pick of the Week: “The Amazing Spider-man 2

Directed by Marc Webb, this sequel to the updated Marvel franchise starring Andrew Garfield sees the return Peter Parker/Spider-Man as he must battle a new enemy, Electro (Jamie Foxx) while also balancing his personal life, including his relationship with Gwen Stacey (Emma Stone). When his friend Harry Osborn comes back in his life, Peter realizes that all his enemies have connections to Oscorp, a realization that also leads him to discover new things about his father’s mysterious disappearance. Available for viewing in 3D. Runtime: 142 minutes. Rated PG-13 for sequences of sci-fi action/violence.
