Group exercise instructor Dana Pieper and creator of Everybody Fitness, has released her latest DVD, "Everybody Fitness: Exercise Your Options With Dana Pieper" (Everybody Fitness, $23.15), which offers four complete workouts:
- 20 minutes: Concentrated Core
- 30 minutes: Simply Strength, using hand weights
- 40 minutes: Cardio Quick Fix
- 50 minutes: Interval Tube Conditioning, using resistance tubing.
After the birth of triplets, Pieper overcame muscle atrophy, exhaustion and limited free time to return to her prior level of fitness. So she came up with her time-efficient interval training approach that combines cardio, plyometric and weightlifting moves.
Her DVD is shot in a large gymnasium setting, with lots of background exercisers. All you need for this DVD are some hand weights, a mat and resistance tubing.
Pieper's cueing and instruction are great and the workout is fine for all levels. For more information on Everybody Fitness, check out her website, www.every-body-fitness.com.
