Last year's huge hit, 'Breaking Dawn', will be released on DVD on Saturday. Stay tuned here for a review of the DVD on Friday.
Other DVDs hitting shelves are:
Disney's classic 'Lady and the Tramp' comes out of the vaults and onto DVD. Originally released in 1955, this beautiful film features the voice talent of Peggy Lee.
'Anonymous' questions if Shakespeare actually wrote the tomes he is credited with writing. The film stars Rhys Ifans and Vanessa Redgrave.
The tearjerker 'Love Story' is out today on blu ray. This film made Ryan O'Neal and Ali McGraw stars. It's a bit dated, but still enjoyable.
Last year's 'Project Nim', a documentary about the daring experiment with chimps raised as human children, is on shelves today. If you haven't heard of this film, no worries, documentaries don't get the attention they deserve. Here is a great chance to see a great doc.
The lack luster re-make of 'Day of the Dead' starring Ving Rhames is on blu ray in 3D. The film is still bad, but now it's bad in blu ray 3D.
'A Star is Born' starring Janet Gaynor and Fredric March (stay tuned for a review of this classic) is also on shelves today. To say 'they don't make 'em like that anymore' is an understatement.
You can check the whole list of films being released today on DVD here.
Target stores in Las Vegas have some great sales on blu ray. Target also gets all the new DVDs on release Tuesday.
