Disney Blu-ray Upgrade Program

Disney is offering its DVD owners a chance to upgrade to Blu-ray on select titles. Select the titles you wish to upgrade to Blu-ray and fill out the form on the website. Mail the completed form and proof-of-purchase tabs from the selected titles' DVDs. Upon receipt, Disney will email you the link to print out a $8 coupon for each qualifying title to be used to purchase the Blu-ray version. There is no need to send the DVD itself back to Disney.
